My aunt had interviewed/selected Brent to sell her house before she passed and had given his contact information to my brother and I. When the time came to sell her house, he was the obvious choice after interviewing other realtors/companies. He's honest, thorough and quick to respond. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's rare that I give 5 stars across the board, but Brent never failed to impress, in any category.I was a walk-in to the Coldwell Banker office, looking for a house in GV. Luckily for me, when the great lady at the front desk went looking for an agent who could talk to me, Brent was the one who showed up.During our initial conversation, he kept track of what I was looking for and what I wanted to stay away from. He sent me a list of properties that night, and we were off the next day to explore Green Valley and see some houses!Over the next few days - with every visit to a different house, I could tell that Brent was paying attention to what I liked about each, and what wasn't great. He would also offer professional opinions occasionally, to help me understand things that could turn into issues later.Even though Brent lives in Tucson, he's spent a lot of time working in Green Valley, so knows the area and its idiosyncrasies. He was invaluable in helping me find just the right place.Once we did find that place, Brent was extremely adept in the inspection/paperwork/closing process. He made it appear seamless, even though I know there was much going on behind the scenes.I’m very glad to have gotten to know Brent, and extremely appreciative for his easy-going personality, professionalism and knowledge in the real estate realm.
